Confidence is not only directly reflective on how many girls you can get, but it also affects every aspect of your life… your job, friendships, making money, and overall well-being.

The first step to building confidence is recognition.

Ask yourself, “What is it that I want to achieve?  Do I want to make more money?  Do I want to make more friends?  Do I want to pickup hot girls?”

4 Things You Need To Do To Boost Confidence with Women

We previously talked about The 10 Rarest Qualities Of The Extinct Man.
Today, I’m going to go into more detail about how YOU can emulate or create these qualities so higher quality women will want you.

Here they are again… 10 qualities women are looking for in men

1. A leader
2. Popular
3. Confident
4. Funny
5. Have social proof (be attractive to other women)
6. Be socially competent and have social intelligence
7. Strong/protective over loved ones
8. Looks/body (have good genes for her offspring)
9. Emotionally wired correctly
10. Have power

See, don’t for a moment assume you have to be all of these things. You just need to DEMONSTRATE some of these qualities…

A good way to look at it is demonstrate 1 of the above and you WILL be attractive to many women. Demonstrate 2 of them and you’ll be approximately TWICE as attractive… but get this, it increases your success exponentially… So that means, the more you demonstrate the rarer you become… and the more women want you.

Remember, most “nice guys” with average or poor success with women will *demonstrate* ZERO to ONE of the qualities above (remember, it’s not about BEING these things, it’s about DEMONSTRATING these things to your target female)… So, if the average guy has ONE of the above covered, let’s say he’s funny, OR he’s confident, OR he’s pretty good looking then that’s ok… But it’s NORMAL. So, hopefully now you see what I’m getting at, let’s talk about a quick exercise you can do today that’ll HELP develop these qualities so that when it comes to me showing you how to STEP-BY-STEP DEMONSTRATE them, you’ll be ready…

Now you need to be ready to step out of your comfort zone a little with this but if you DO, you’ll be massively
rewarded… and… Remember, this system is SO powerful, you can screw up on lots of it and it’ll still work out, so don’t sweat it…

We’ll start with confidence.

To generate attraction in  women you need to have the confidence to talk to them.

I don’t care where you are at right now, whether you have bucket loads or you’re a shy guy, either way, try this…

1. Make small talk with 5 people you don’t know TODAY… It doesn’t matter about what. Talk about the weather! It really doesn’t matter. Remember to smile.
2. Go into at least 3 shops with women working in them and ask questions about a product and or buy something… and when talking to them USE THEIR NAME at least 3 times, it’s usually on their name badge. Remember, again, smile, be friendly and don’t be creepy.
3. As you walk around a mall or park or wherever, just say “Hi” to 10 people with a smile. Men or women it doesn’t matter.
4. This one’s optional and for those really wanting to step out of their comfort zone. Dress in something really strange, like a big jumbo Jackson five hair piece or something and walk around for 20 minutes in a crowded place, just smiling.

This will do WONDERS for your confidence. Don’t believe me? Try it. It’s all about stepping out of your comfort zone and making an effort to do so.
